This is a complete but evolving menu of the items we make. Each week, we rotate selections from this list. If you’d like to see something specific in next week’s delivery, please let us know by submitting the form below. As long as we receive your request before we shop for supplies, there is a good chance the soup you’re craving will be in your next package.
Baked Goods and Snacks
Perfectly paired with our yogurt or enjoy as a delicious snack. Ingredients? Well, we kind of make this the way Jackson Pollock used to paint. Inevitably you will find oats, almonds and cranberries but there’s usually other surprises. Always healthy, always tasty. Trust us… (8 oz, six servings).
Bananas, bananas and a few more bananas. Add some chocolate chips and walnuts and you’re on your way to a tea party.
Not too sweet but still counts as a dessert in our book. Two thin slices, dipped in “Yo, Gurt!” and you’re in heaven.
Dairy
Sure, we can tell you all about how yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium and probiotics. How it helps your immune system and all that. But the real reason you want to add this to your daily breakfast menu is, it's simply delicious. Just add your favorite fresh berries and you’re well on your way to an excellent day. Paired perfectly with the Orchard Mix Granola. (12 oz jar, serves 4)
The official name is Farmers Cheese but I was dreaming when I wrote this. So good, it will put you under a trance. Officially a breakfast item but if you spread a little bit on bread, it works as a healthy sandwich any time of day. Warning, may result in a deep rethink your recent vegan leanings. Ingredients? Butter Milk. We pack about 12 oz into the jar, enough to last all week.
Soups
Black beans, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, whole kernel corn, tomatoes, chili powder, green chile peppers, celery, green bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, cumin, bay leaves, salt and ground black pepper. (Quart, serves 2-4)
Cabbage, white beans, potatoes. onions, garlic, vegetable stock, olive oil, paprika, fresh dill, salt and pepper. (Quart, serves 2-4)
Carrots, fresh ginger, zucchini, onion, apple, turmeric, cinnamon, vegetable stock, coconut milk, olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. (Quart, serves 2-4)
